Halfway between the World's Most Famous vacations, The Marina Del Mar Resort And Marina In Oceanside California, is situated just 30 minutes from San Diego (USS Midway Aircraft Carrier, Marineland, Wild Animal Park, and the San Diego Zoo) and 60 minutes from Anaheim, (Disneyland, Knots Berry Farm, and the Movieland Wax Museum). We are between the ocean and the harbor and the only vacation rental condo's completely surrounded by water.  The ocean is our front door and the harbor is our rear door step.
 
The Marina Del Mar Resort And Marina is directly next to the resturants, coffee shop, ice cream store and boat rentals in the harbor. We Include a great Pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ's with open seating harbor views and our site lists the adventures you and your family can enjoy together.  Sailing, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Surfing, Deep Sea Fishing and boat rides on ships or harbor taxi's. Overnight Boats Slips Are Available for A Fee. We have fully (individually owned and furnished 2nd home condo's) for rent.  Every condo is expected to pass the highest standards for quality assurance.   Our office is run by Ranch and Sea Rentals in Oceanside and they maintain a office site on the property.   The 79 condo's all have full kitchens, cable television, and a balcony with a full view of either the marina or the ocean (directly below the balcony).  There are fire pits on the beach which are available for no fee so that your evenings can be spent listening to the waves and melting marshmellows.   A favorite visitor pass-time is to set up a treasure hunt for their family on the beach, or gather in the game room watch TV and play pool while others do board games and play cards.   The expansively lit pool area spreads out the visitors in natural surroundings which give that true sense of tropical splendor.
